These terms govern your use of the SiftLocalLead website and, when launched, the SiftLocalLead platform. By using our site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms.

What SiftLocalLead is

SiftLocalLead is an AI-powered local business lead intelligence platform currently in development. It will help agencies, freelancers, and consultants find, research, and score local business leads, and generate personalized outreach copy.

The product has not launched yet. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or guarantee access to any specific features, pricing, or timeline.

The waitlist

Signing up for our waitlist means you're interested in being notified when SiftLocalLead launches. It does not create a binding agreement, charge you anything, or commit you to purchasing the product. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When we launch

SiftLocalLead will operate as a subscription-based service with a credits model. You'll be able to cancel your subscription at any time. Full pricing and plan details will be available before launch. We will notify waitlist members before charging anyone for anything.

Acceptable use

When using SiftLocalLead (now or after launch), you agree to:

• Not use the platform for sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other anti-spam and data protection regulations when using leads or outreach copy generated by the platform
• Not use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Not resell or redistribute lead data obtained through SiftLocalLead

You are solely responsible for how you use the leads and outreach content generated by SiftLocalLead. We provide the intelligence; your outreach practices are your responsibility.

Data accuracy

SiftLocalLead extracts and analyzes information from publicly available sources. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every piece of data (email addresses, phone numbers, business details, scores) is 100% accurate or up to date. Public data changes frequently, and no system is perfect.

You should verify critical information before relying on it for business decisions.

Intellectual property

The SiftLocalLead name, logo, website design, and platform software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

Content generated for you by SiftLocalLead (such as outreach emails and lead reports) is yours to use for your business purposes.

Limitation of liability

SiftLocalLead is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, email deliverability issues, or decisions made based on data provided by the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email at the address you provided. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
